Lake Michigan Engagement Session | Kohler-Andrae State Park, Sheboygan, WI | J + M
First off, the beach at sunset is always a good idea, and Jess and Max met me on the shores of Lake Michigan for their engagement session. Kohler-Andrae State Park in Sheboygan has the most beautiful dunes and boardwalks leading down to the beach. We caught the tail end of golden hour together and got some haze from the Canadian wildfire smoke, which added a whole moodiness to their session.
I include an engagement session with every wedding collection so that we can meet and get to know each other and vibe together before the big day. You get to pick out some cute outfits and go on an even cuter little day date with your sweetie, AND you get cute photos out of it. It’s honestly a win-win-win all around!
Everyone goes to the national parks to see all the beauty this country has to offer. But I am here to also make a case for the state parks. Even here in Wisconsin, we have so much natural beauty. From the shores of Lake Michigan and Door County… To the limestone glacier cliffs at High Cliff and quartzite bluffs at Devil’s Lake… I cannot wait to explore more beautiful Wisconsin spots in the coming years and see all that this beautiful state has to offer.
