Kelsey and Garrett’s wedding day at Par 4 Resort in Waupaca was on fire — and not just because Garrett is a firefighter for a living! Their wedding day was full of so much light and pure joy from the moment I got there until the moment I packed my camera bag at the end of the night. Celebrating with them felt like a prayer answered, a wish granted, and a dream come true.
From Kelsey and her bridesmaids singing “…Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears while getting ready to Kelsey saying, “All my life, I wanted to look like a princess on my wedding day.” And me replying, “Girl — mission accomplished!” I am all in, your hype girl and honorary bridesmaid on your wedding day. I am endlessly thankful for all of my clients who choose me to celebrate with them on their big day.
They brought the fire to their wedding day for sure. Their cake topper was a fire fighter on a ladder climbing up to his bride, and their cake cutter was a custom axe they had made specially for their wedding day. All of their friends got out on the dance floor and made their big party so much fun. Dancing to “Baby Shark” at their reception is definitely a moment I will never forget.
