Quarry Adventure Session | Abby
Is it really summer if you don’t smell like bug spray at some point or another? Abby has been my photography buddy since I picked up a camera again in 2018. Whenever she makes the trip back to Waupaca from Superior, I make sure we shoot together at least once. This year, we ventured out to the quarry together during Memorial Day Weekend for our annual adventure session!
Taking pictures with Abby always reminds me to pick up my camera just for the fun of it every once in a while — and that I need to do it way more often than I do now. Three cheers for T. Swift heart-hands, Little Mermaid-style hairflips, dandelions, and more than a few thirty-second dance parties. This summer, I have truly been living for the joy of it all — and that definitely shines through in my annual adventure with Abby.
Not to mention, the quarry is stunning no matter the time of year… But imagine it in fall with all the pretty leaves! Is anyone down for an autumn engagement session? A surprise proposal? Or maybe another adventure session? Let a girl know! The last time I was at the quarry was on an adventure with Justin not long after I moved to Waupaca — and now its about to enter my regular location rotation (say that ten times fast, haha!).
